BoKlok is a Joint Venture between Skanska and IKEA. It started in the mid 90’s and delivers 1200 homes a year across The Nordics. It entered the UK in early 2019 delivering Quality, Sustainable Low Cost Homes for all.
BoKlok uses its ‘Left to Live’ model to ensure that people with and average income can afford a home and good cost of living.
The homes are fully modular and arrive on site 95% finished. BoKlok has its own modular housing factory in Sweden that produces over 800 homes a year. It also has supply chain partners with capacity for over 4000 additional homes per annum.

The Land Promoters & Developers Federation (LPDF), formed in early 2018, is a collection of the UK’s leading land promotion and development businesses. LPDF members specialise in the promotion and development of predominantly strategic land across the UK, delivering from 30 new home sites to larger scale sites of up to 10,000 new homes, alongside community facilities, employment space, and supporting infrastructure.
The LPDF’s ambition is to enhance the current debate on housing supply.
