Aster Group

Aster Group is a housing association managing over 31,000 homes across the South of England, providing homes for around 93,000 people.

BoKlok uses its ‘Left to Live’ model to ensure that people with and average income can afford a home and good cost of living.

The homes are fully modular and arrive on site 95% finished. BoKlok has its own  modular housing factory in Sweden that produces over 800 homes a year. It also has supply chain partners with capacity for over 4000 additional homes per annum.

Places for People

Places for People is a leading placemaker in the UK. It believes that places work when they work for everyone, and these places are designed for the long term, with sustainable value at their core. Delivering social impact by taking a commercial approach is what makes Places for People different.

Homes for the South West

Homes for the South West is a coalition of 11 of the largest housing associations in South West England. Land Promoters & Developers Federation

The Land Promoters & Developers Federation (LPDF), formed in early 2018, is a collection of the UK’s leading land promotion and development businesses. LPDF members specialise in the promotion and development of predominantly strategic land across the UK, delivering from 30 new home sites to larger scale sites of up to 10,000 new homes, alongside community facilities, employment space, and supporting infrastructure.

The LPDF’s ambition is to enhance the current debate on housing supply.
